Silva 3E Map Compass
The Silva 3E Compass has a durable design for harsh weather conditions. This unique compass has baseplate similar to the Silva Explorer Pro, but with a bezel made of both acrylic and aluminum that features both a 0-360 degrees azimuth and a 0-6400 mils scale. The resolution of the bezel marks are every 2 degrees and every 50 mils.
This Silva 3E Compass has a liquid-filled compass housing with sapphire bearings and a high-quality steel needle for precise navigation. It is equipped with a magnifying glass and luminous markings for easy night navigation. Other features include a longer base plate with silicone feet, a fixed declination scale, and a breakaway distance lanyard with four map scales on it; 1:24k, 1:25k, 1:50k and 1:62.5.
