The tripod top is made with a standard 5/8in-11 surveyors thread post, but we include an aluminum adapter to scale that down to the more standard 1/4in-20 – which works perfectly with our Treknor Transit Mount, Ball-and-Socket mount, Brunton’s Ball and Socket Transit Mount, or virtually any camera.
With a top center post that extends 12 inches, the entire maximum height for this fully extended non-magnetic tripod is 57 inches. Collapsible down to 22 inches, this lightweight tripod has a carry weight of only 1lb 6oz.
